The HTJFC Mission Statement:

Holy Trinity Junior Football Club is committed to:

- providing football for its youth congregation and the local community

- be administered by qualified Football Association coaches, all with basic First Aid and Child Protection certificates.

- fostering a caring and supportive environment for all members of the club, with equal value given to both sexes, to our different cultures and to all ages and abilities.

Child Protection – Use of Photographs on our website

There are occasions when we would want to make and publish images of the members of Holy Trinity Juniors as this can bring useful publicity and enjoyment for those involved, but when children or young people are involved, some important issues need to be considered.

- On the player registration form we will ask for parental consent
- where possible each child should be part of a group photograph or an action shot from a game
- we will avoid naming any child whose picture is shown
- we will always try to focus on the activity being undertaken rather than the child
- store the image securely and dispose of it when no longer required
